Why Version 5-Specific Practice Matters

Much of the practice material available online still focuses on ITIL 4, which does not reflect the updated Version 5 syllabus. ITIL Foundation (Version 5) introduces updated concepts and areas of focus, including digital product management, artificial intelligence, AI governance, and updated service delivery models.

Practicing with ITIL Version 5-specific questions helps you become familiar with the precise concepts, terminology, and subject matter covered by the updated syllabus and exam.

Quiz Features & How It Works

  • 100% Free & Open Access: Take the quiz as many times as you like—no email registration or account creation required.
  • Growing Question Bank: Access a expanding repository of practice questions designed to test both recall and practical understanding.
  • Detailed Answer Explanations: Learn from every question with feedback explaining not only why the correct answer is right, but why the alternative options are incorrect.
  • Progress & Category Tracking: Track your performance over time to see if your scores are improving and identify specific areas that need further study.
