Payment Policy: 

Company payment, approved company purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required prior to registration. 

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and US and/or State Government credit cards. For credit card users, charges will be in the currency of the country where the class takes place and if applicable, will be converted by your credit card company, Please note that, Ashford Global Consulting and Training is not responsible for fluctuations due to exchange rates. Prepayment is required from students outside the United States.  Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. 

Ashford Global Consulting and Training Solutions reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms, and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or programs described on this web site, or to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability. Ashford Global Consulting and Training Solutions' sole liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course and Ashford Global Consulting and Training Solutions shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever. Ashford Global Consulting and Training Solutions will endeavor to give enrollees as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrollment.

Attendance policy:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training class, please contact us at (407) 497-5226 or email us at cancel@ashfordglobalit.com. We require 16 calendar days notice to reschedule or to cancel any registration (and receive refund for pre-payment). Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notice, it may result in full forfeiture of the funds and a reschedule will not be allowed. Within the required notification period, (16 calendar days prior to class start) only student substitutions will be permitted.

Reschedules are permitted at anytime with 16 or more calendar days notice. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancel date or funds on account will be forfeited. 

Courses with Certification exams

ITIL Classes Certification Promise

In the event that a student does not successfully complete the certification exam:

• We will give a voucher for one exam re-take. For Online classes, the test must be completed within 15 business days of the final class date.
• Our instructors will be available to the student for questions 
• We will provide materials to assist the student's study for the exam. 
• Student may re-attend an open enrollment class at no cost in preparation for the exam, but will need to bring the class material from the original class.
